LATIN AMERICA ROUNDUP — Exall raises project financing

Proceeds of $5.58 million are reported by Exall Resources (TSE) from a private placement involving special warrants.

The company will fund option payments and exploration and development relating to Mexican projects. These include the Santo Tomas, La Verde Grande and San Martin copper-gold projects and the Rio Yaqui gold project. Exall also plans to develop the Mazaruni diamond-gold project in Guyana. The company has acquired Cerro de Cobre Inc., a private company holding exclusive options on the Santo Tomas, La Verde Grande and San Martin properties.
