Two officers of Venezuelan Goldfields (VSE) sold shares in November.
According to the Ontario Securities Commission’s OSC Bulletin, officer and director Glenn Ives exercised 25,000 options at 50 cents and sold 25,000 shares at $14.25 to hold zero shares. He was also granted 33,000 options at 50 cents to hold 83,300 options.
Officer Gregory Moseley exercised 12,500 options at 50 cents and sold 12,500 shares at $14.25 to hold zero shares. He was also granted 16,700 options at 50 cents to hold 79,200 options.

Agnico-Eagle Mines (TSE) — George Pon, director, exercised 4,000 options at $15.13 and sold 650 shares at $21 to hold 4,350 shares.
American Barrick Resources (TSE) — Brian Mulroney, director, was granted 250,000 options at an exercise price of $34.88.
Arimetco International (TSE) — Roy Shipes, chairman, sold 225,000 shares at $1.75 and bought 10,000 shares at $1.70 to hold 6.6 million shares. Breakwater Resources (TSE) — Roy Shipes, officer, sold 3.4 million shares at 16 cents to hold 7.8 million shares.
Copperquest (CDN) — James Parres, officer and director, bought 10,000 shares at 27 cents and sold 100,000 shares at 27 cents in early November. In late November, he bought 20,000 shares at 40-50 cents and sold 52,500 shares at an undisclosed price to hold 69,682 shares.
Horsham (TSE) — Brian Mulroney, director, was granted 250,000 options at an exercise price of $18 each.
Imperial Metals (TSE) — Peter Geib, director, bought 84,000 shares at 43-50 cents to hold 3.2 million shares. This transaction was incorrectly reported as a sale of shares in the Jan. 3, 1994, issue of The Northern Miner.
