Corona chairman resigns

Ned Goodman has resigned as chairman of Corona (TSE) to concentrate on his merchant banking and investment counselling business. Taking his place is Norman Anderson, former president and chief executive officer of Cominco (TSE). Anderson has been a director of Corona since 1988.

Goodman, president and chief executive officer of Dundee Capital, said he will remain a director and major shareholder of Corona.

“I know that Corona’s growth and success as a gold producer remains in good hands under the leadership of Norman Anderson and (President) Peter Steen,” Goodman said.
