INSIDER TRADING — Aber executives active

Two senior officers of Aber Resources (TSE) exercised options and bought and sold shares in August.

According to the Ontario Securities Commission’s OSC Bulletin, senior officer Robert Hindson exercised 20,000 options at $1.85 and sold 36,000 shares at $13.13-14.25. He also bought 19,000 shares at $8.50-9 to hold 25,000 shares and 160,000 options.

Director and senior officer Jordan Ethans exercised 100,000 options at $1.68-1.83 and sold 100,000 shares at $13.25 to hold 41,667 shares and 213,099 options.

Adrian Resources (TSE) — Chet Idziszek, director and senior officer, bought 3,800 shares at $2.85-3.05 and sold 500 shares at $3 to hold 378,300 shares. Baja Gold (VSE) — Wayne Johnstone, senior officer, bought 1,000 shares at $2 and was granted 40,000 options at $1.50 to hold 1,000 shares and 40,000 options. Dirk Lever, senior officer, was granted 20,000 options at $1.50 to hold 60,000 options. Ronald Netolitzky, director, sold 20,000 shares at $2.10-2.12 to hold 431,124 shares. Paul Saxton, senior officer and director, was granted 170,000 options at $1.50 to hold 170,000 options. Pioneer Metals (TSE) — Stephen Sorensen, director and senior officer, bought 131,500 shares at 37-47 cents to hold 2.3 million shares.

Rayrock Yellowknife Resources (TSE) — David Hutton, director and senior officer, exercised 4,000 options at $5.12-6.50 and sold 4,000 shares at $15-16.25. He was also granted 100,000 options at $16 to hold 132,400 shares and 137,400 options.

Registry Resources (TSE) — June Hodge, senior officer, bought 9,500 shares at 15 cents to hold 14,000 shares.
