MINING IN MEXICO — Farallon plans exploration programs for

An exploration program is planned by Farallon Resources (VSE) at the Cobre Gigante and Mega Cobre copper concessions in northern Baja, Mexico.

Farallon may earn a 70% interest in the concessions from Randsburg Gold (VSE) and Seville Mineral Developments S.A. de C.V. This can be achieved by either delivering a positive feasibility study or spending US$5 million on exploration and development work during a 5-year period, issuing 300,000 shares and paying US$165,000.

The contiguous concessions sit 280 km south of San Diego, Calif., and are accessible by paved highways. Field work has included chip sampling and trenching.
