Gallery ships gold

Edmonton-based Gallery Resources (ASE) has begun production at its Hannandor placer gold mining operation in British Columbia. The first gold shipment of 120 oz. has been sent to the Englehardt refinery in Richmond, B.C. President Jan Schutze reports that Gallery has proven up substantial tonnages of fluvial channel ore of pre-glacial origin with gold grades of $10-20 per cu. yd. A maximum of 400 cu. yd. per hour are being processed this month. The size of the total reserves is being determined.
