Partners Amcorp Industries (VSE) and Verdstone Gold (VSE) are acquiring a molybdenum project in British Columbia in return for $5,000 plus 100,000 shares each.
The companies are conducting additional staking and prospecting over yellow and orange gossan zones on and off the property. The exact location of the property will be disclosed on completion of the staking and prospecting operations.
Molybdenum mineralization was first discovered on the property in the early 1980s, but, because of low moly prices, this was never followed up in detail.
Showings have been traced for several hundred feet along strike and in width with grades ranging from 0.4% to 2% molybdenum sulphide.
