Second exploration shaft at Perron’s Soisson bet

Three diamond drills are working underground with one additional drill on surface at Perron Gold Mines’ Soisson gold bet in the Val d’Or area of Quebec.

Underground exploration is continuing on the A, H, HS, No 1, No 2, and No 3 veins by drifting on several levels. This program will be maintained to the end of the month.

A second headframe and hoist have been installed. The second exploration shaft is now at a depth of 200 ft. A recent diamond drill hole to 1,000 ft has encountered about 10 ft of 0.4 oz gold per ton on the H zone.

Five new mineralized structures have been discovered with widths of half a metre to 1.5 m which contain gold values ranging from approximately 0.20 to 0.60 oz.

A feasibility study is anticipated to be completed this year, the company says.

The company also says it is negotiating flow-through share funding to extend the exploration program past February.
