Golden Briar Mines says two of the holes drilled in a new wide disseminated sulphide zone in Estree Twp., Casa Berardi, Que., intersected anomalous gold values up to 0.024 oz gold per ton.
Drilling is continuing in the zone, according to President Murdo McLeod.
A joint drill program with Newmont Exploration is starting on the western boundary, Mr McLeod adds.
