Armeno-Maufort deal

A 3% interest in the Siscoe- extension property, located six km northwest of Val d’Or, Que., is being acquired by Armeno Resources from Maufort Resources. Maufort has an 85% interest in the property.

To earn its interest, Armeno must spend between $150,000 and $250,000 on exploration work on the property. The agreement allows for Maufort to re-acquire the 3% interest from Armeno in exchange for common shares.
