Inco Gold restructuring creates another company

Inco Exploration will also provide Inco Gold with engineering and exploration services, in addition to promoting the sale and service of Inco’s proprietary technology.

Projects controlled by Inco Gold include a 60% interest in Les Mines Casa Berardi, a major gold producer in Quebec, and a 50% interest in two gold mining projects in Montana and Brazil. Known as Mineral Hill and Crixas respectively, both are expected to be in production this year.

Advanced exploration projects include the Musslewhite and Wilanour in Ontario and the Nor- Acme in Manitoba. Inco Gold’s share of gold production from these projects will be approximately 52,000 oz this year increasing to 118,000 in 1990 and 260,000 oz by 1994.
