An exploration program has been started by Perrex Resources (ASE) on a 94-claim property in Bradette Twp., Ont. The company is conducting geophysical surveys over an area near two old drill holes that intersected gold, platinum and palladium values.
The first intersected 95 ft grading 0.21 oz gold per ton, 0.29 oz platinum and 0.24 oz palladium. A second hole intersected 40 ft. assaying 0.36 oz gold, 0.05 oz platinum and 0.12 oz palladium.
An Ontario government airborne geophysical survey over the area defined an electromagnetic anomaly striking across Perrex’s Bradette claims. Two of the anomalies are coincident with the old drill holes.
Perrex’s exploration program is designed to define ground geophysical targets in preparation for drilling. The Bradette claims are about 10 miles west of the Golden Pond gold mine operated by Inco across the border in Quebec. Perrex is earning a 25% interest in the claims.
