Davy awarded Cayeli contract

A contract for monitoring and contract compliance services at the Cayeli Bakir Isletmeleri AS copper-zinc project in Turkey has been awarded to the Toronto office of Davy International.

An engineering and construction firm, Davy is a member of the engineering division of Trafalgar House of the United Kingdom. Its role at Cayeli will include monitoring cost and schedule control, field engineering and contract administration.

Cayeli Bakir is owned 49% by Metall Mining (TSE) of Toronto. The project will produce an average of 110,000 tons per year of copper concentrate and 70,000 tons per year of zinc concentrate.
