Transgold seeks reactivation

CDN-listed Transgold Explorations and Investments (CDN) has asked the Ontario Securities Commission to remove the cease-trading order imposed on it in 1992 for failing to file financial statements.

If the order is lifted, Transgold will arrange a private placement of 1 million units at 30 cents each. A unit will consist of one common share and a warrant to buy an additional share for 35 cents over three years. Proceeds will be used partly to explore a property in Ontario’s Lastheels and McMurray twps.
