Intl. Larder shares

A total of 500,000 shares of International Larder Minerals (TSE) was recently acquired by River Oaks Gold in a private sale transaction. River Oaks, a private company, now owns 2.13 million shares or about 20.8% of International Larder’s issued capital. The two companies have also agreed in principle to a $2.25-million private placement that would result in River Oaks acquiring 42 million shares or about 83.8% of International Larder. The latter company is active in developing talc properties and has recently been pursuing an amalgamation with Bakertalc (TSE).
