Corona now largest Dundee shareholder

Corona (TSE) has become the largest shareholder in Dundee Capital, following the purchase of an additional 750,000 shares and 187,500 share purchase warrants. Corona now owns 2.25 million shares of Dundee and 562,000 share purchase warrants. Jodamada, a family holding company controlled by Ned Goodman, owns 2.07 million shares and 516,324 share purchase warrants of Dundee. Together, Corona and Jodamada control 38% of the common shares of Dundee on an undiluted basis. Ned Goodman is chairman and chief executive officer of Dundee and chairman of Corona.

Corona says it purchased the Dundee shares for investment purposes and has no intention of increasing its investment at this time.

“This acquisition is a further logical step in our plan to increase Corona’s financial capabilities as we develop the company into a world-class natural resource finance house,” said Corona President Peter Steen.
