Aber Diamond (ABZ-T) — John Parker, a deemed insider, sold 4,100 shares at prices ranging from $40.67 to $41.50 to hold 84,100 shares; John Phillimore, director, sold 31,000 shares at $41.41 to hold no shares; Eira Thomas, director, sold 20,000 shares at $40.06 to hold 79,900 shares; Grenville Thomas, director, sold 30,000 shares at prices ranging from $39.15 to $40.99 to hold 292,300 shares.

Abitex Resources (ABE-T) — Robert Bryce, director, and officer and 10% security holder, sold 500,000 shares at prices ranging from 41 to 44 to hold 9,561 shares and 360,000 warrants.

Fortune Minerals (FT-T) — David Knight, director and officer, exercised 37,500 warrants at 69 and sold 37,500 shares at $3.45 to hold 3,600 shares and 125,000 warrants.

IMA Exploration (IMR-V) — David Tice & Associates, 10% security holder, sold 505,800 shares at prices ranging from $1.28 to $1.34 to hold 2.88 million shares and 715,182 warrants.

Inco (N-T) — Shozo Kawaguchi, a deemed insider, exercised 28,000 options at prices of $11.56 and $15.03 and sold 28,000 shares at $33.17 to hold 86 shares and 74,000 options; Louis Koehler, a deemed insider, sold 8,500 shares at prices ranging from $28.50 to $30.50 to hold no shares.

Jaguar Nickel (JNI-T) — John McAdam, director, sold 84,500 shares at prices ranging from 60 to 78 to hold 95,500 shares.

Northern Orion (NNO-T) — Patrick O’Kane sold 45,000 shares at prices ranging from $3.00 to $3.31 to hold 122,100 shares.

Orezone Resources (ORZ-T ) — David Tice & Associates, 10% security holder, sold 2 million shares at 50 to hold 6.47 million shares and 864,699 warrants.

Pan American Silver (PAA-T) — Michael Larson, director, exercised an option to buy 10,000 shares at $5 and sold 10,000 shares at $12.63 to hold 4,000 shares and 86,500 options.

Pelangio Mines (PLG-V) — David Tice & Associates, 10% security holder, sold 1.64 million shares at prices ranging from 30 to 34 to hold 3.4 million shares.

Tyler Resources (TYS-V) — Robert Ingram, director or officer of 10% security holder, sold 1.35 million shares at prices ranging from 25 to 30 to hold 1.8 million shares and 675,000 warrants.
