Wolf attack inevitable

Tragically, a geologist/prospector friend who worked in the Athabasca basin this summer told me weeks before the death of Kenton Carnegie that this (“Saskatchewan gov’t denies wolf attack,” T.N.M., Nov. 25-Dec. 1/05) would happen.

The geologist said there’s no security at the garbage dumps and the wolves are getting bolder, seeing mine sites as food sources.
