McVicar Res. — Kang Hongjie appointed director; Paul Lin, John Paterson and Xavier Peterson resigned as directors.

MetalCORP — Naomi Nemeth appointed director; Alton Payne resigned as director.

Metallica Resources — Oliver Lennox-King resigned as director.

Nord Res. — John Perry and T. Sean Harvey appointed directors.

Nordic Nickel — Duncan Large appointed director.

Norsemont Mining — George Bell, Robert Parsons and Malcolm Siverns appointed directors; Marc Levy, Tony Ricci, Art Freeze and Joseph Keane resigned as directors.

Both positions are unpaid; Rip will remain a consultant to assist the company with its restructuring efforts; director Mark Smith appointed CFO until a replacement is appointed; director Graham Mackenzie appointed corporate secretary.
