Registration is required for admittance to sessions and exhibits and will be strictly enforced. To receive the pre-registration fee (or comp in the case of speakers, chairs and exhibitors) your registration form must be received by NWMA on or before 5:00 PM PST Friday, November 21, 2008. After that date Technical Session fees will be $50 higher. We will not accept advance registrations after that time.
Payment must be in U. S. Funds, drawn on a U. S. Bank. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. We accept government PO’s.

SESSION CHAIRS AND SPEAKERS
All chairs and speakers are required to register in order to receive a badge. You will need this badge to gain access to your session as well as other functions held during the week. There is a place on the form for you to write the name of the session you are speaking in. If you are also an exhibitor, please complete the speaker information on that registration form. Please plan ahead –avoid lines at the registration desk and arrive on time for your talk.
EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
All exhibit booth personnel must complete an Exhibitor Registration Form. The Exhibitor Registration Form is on Page 23 of the convention brochure, on the web-site under the “Exhibitor” tab, and in your Exhibitor Services Kit. Each 10′ x 10′ exhibit space is allowed 2 Technical Session and 2 Exhibit Only registrations at no charge. Exhibitors that are Session Chairs or Speakers receive technical session passes at no charge, and exhibitors that are also Short Course Chairs receive technical session passes at no charge. Technical Session passes allow access to both Technical Sessions and Expositions.
CANCELLATIONS OR SUBSTITUTIONS
You may cancel your registration at any time until November 21, 2008 and your registration fee minus a 20% cancellation charge will be refunded. After that date refunds will not be issued. You may send a substitute from your organization.
NWMA on-site registration and badge pickup will be located on the 2nd floor convention area of the hotel and easily accessible from the 1st floor by stairs, escalator or the East Tower elevator. The West Tower elevator will not stop on this floor from Tuesday -Friday for exhibit hall security reasons.
