GENERAL REGISTRATION
Registration is required for admittance to short courses, sessions and exhibits and will be strictly enforced. To receive the advance discounted registration fee your completed registration form must be received by NWMA on or before 5:00 PST Friday, November 15, 2009. After that date you must register onsite. Technical Session fees will be $50 higher. (Exhibitors, Chairs and Speakers see below.) The online link will be disabled and the fax machine turned off. Save time and money — register before 5:00 pm PST Friday November 15, 2009! Payment must be in U. S. Funds, drawn on a U. S. Bank. We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover and Government PO’s.

STUDENTS
Technical Session Registration is free to all NWMA student members — Not a member? Join Today — Annual Membership Fee $25. NWMA also has travel and lodging assistance available to qualified students. For more information contact Pat Heywood – pheywood@nwma.org.
SHORT COURSE & TECHNICAL SESSION CHAIRS AND SPEAKERS
Registration is required. If you are registering online, Click the Speaker and Session Chairs button on the left side of the home page, then click Online Registration. (If you are also an Exhibitor, select the Exhibitor button from the Home Page.) Technical Session Speakers who are not NWMA members will be charged $290. We encourage you to become a member. The membership fee is $95. You may pay your membership fee at the time of registration.
EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
All exhibit booth personnel must complete an Exhibitor Registration Form. If you are registering online, Click the Exhibitor button on the left side of the home page, then click Online Registration. Each 10′ x 10′ exhibit space is allowed 2 Technical Session and 2 Exhibit Only registrations at no charge. Exhibitors that are Session and/or Short Course Chairs receive technical session passes at no charge. Member exhibitors that are also Technical Session Speakers receive technical session passes at no charge. Refer to your Exhibitor Services Manual for more detail.
Cancellations/Substitutions Your registration fee minus a 20% cancellation charge will be refunded if your written notification is received by NWMA on or before November 15, 2009. After that date refunds will not be issued. You may send a substitute from your organization.
PACKET PICKUP & ONSITE REGISTRATION
NWMA onsite registration and badge pickup will be located on the 2nd floor convention area of the hotel and easily accessible from the 1st floor by stairs, escalator or the East Tower elevator. The West Tower elevator will not stop on this floor from Tuesday -Friday for exhibit hall security reasons. Remember — Complimentary Spouse registrations will be in their own packet.
