Hi: If government wants to get folks back to work. They need to start by building infrastructure.Have a railway built up to James Bay Lowlands. This would open up north much lake Alberta Oilsands. It could be done on a cost shared basis.Government could kick in $500,000.00 .We, n eed to spend money to develop now for a better futures for others.Lots of tax money coming back to government.
