The Northern Miner is proud to be Co-Presenter of the Toronto premiere of the feature-length documentary, KONELĪNE: Our land beautiful, which won the “Best Canadian Feature Documentary” award at the Hot Docs 2016 Festival in Toronto.
This visually stunning film was painstakingly shot by Vancouver filmmaker Nettie Wild over four years in remote northwestern British Columbia. It features extensive scenes with Imperial Metals, Pretium Resources, Hy-Tech Drilling, the Northwest Transmission Line crew and various members of the local Tahltan First Nation.
