Tiomin lands Kwale licence

The government of Kenya has granted Tiomin Resources (TIO-T) a 21-year mining licence for the long-stalled Kwale titanium-sands project, near Mombasa. The licence allows for the mining of ilmenite, rutile, and zircon.
