The Canadian Securities Exchange (“CSE”) has been around since 2004. It has recently come into prominence due to its portfolio of cannabis stocks, with over 160 companies now listed in that sector. We have recently advised a number of companies on their CSE listings – both mining and cannabis related issuers. This seminar will highlight the legal issues, costs and timing on listing on the CSE, followed by a panel discussion with three companies that have gone through that process. The panelists will provide an unbiased view of the advantages and issues in a CSE listing. Lunch will be served.
Note: This is NOT a CSE sponsored event.
