This seminar will discuss the seven advantages of doing a Shelf Prospectus financing, the pre-requisites to using a Shelf Prospectus, and the timing considerations. Drinks and snacks will be served.

SPEAKERS:

J. Paul Farquharson
President, Chief Executive Officer & Director at eCobalt. He was previously Chief Financial Officer and has been with eCobalt (previously Formation Metals Inc.) for over 25 years. Mr. Farquharson has been integral in the success of over $230M in financing for the Company, and has made valuable contributions to corporate development and strategic acquisitions for eCobalt and its subsidiaries.

Chuck Higgins
Founder and managing principal at Pilot Law LLP, Chuck is also the editor of, and contributor to The Canadian Law of Mining published by the Rocky Mountain Mineral Law Foundation. He also worked for the Federal Department of Energy, Mines, and Resources as a Senior Economist. Chuck is the past chair of the Natural Resources and Energy Section of the Canadian Bar Association and was awarded that organization’s highest honor, the Distinguished Service Award. His expertise has been recognized in Chambers Global, Who’s Who Legal, the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory and Best Lawyers in Canada.
