Adrian starts drill program

A diamond drill program is under way on the Ski project held by Adrian Resources (VSE) in the Eskay Creek district of northwestern British Columbia. The program is designed to test the extension of the 21B deposit on the adjacent Eskay Creek property owned by Prime Resources Group (VSE) and Stikine Resources (VSE).

The latest drilling results from the Eskay Creek project are reported to have extended the 21B mineralization to within 50 metres of the mutual Ski-Eskay project boundary.

The first hole drilled on the Adrian property, 01, is reported to contain about 10-20% fracture- controlled pyrite with minor sphalerite mineralization localized within a mudstone unit of 321-325 metres, and up to 8-10% pyrite within contact zone stratigraphy of 338-351 metres.

Hole 90-2 is now being drilled at an inclination of –60 degrees from the same collar location as 90-01. It is planned to test the 21 zone stratigraphy about 50 metres updip of the sulphide mineralization encountered in hole 01.

This season’s work program will also include linecutting, prospecting, and deep penetrating UTEM and IP surveys.

Prime and Stikine together have the right to earn 50% of Adrian’s Ski project.
