American Mining Congress

The American Mining Congress (AMC) has recommended the adoption of specific provisions in the final U.S. clean air bill to “preserve a viable domestic mining industry.” The provisions, submitted to the clean air conference committee, address issues such as fugitive emissions from mining operations and particulate matter caused by windblown dust.
