Drilling by AMT International Mining (AAI-T) has intersected strong gold values on the Gold Dust property in northwestern Manitoba.
Highlights from Gold Dust include hole 3, which hit 13.4 ft. grading 0.21 oz. gold per ton, and hole 10, which hit 8 ft. of 0.32 oz. gold. Visible gold was present in seven of 13 holes.
The Gold Dust zone is 1,000 ft. southeast of the Ferro vein system and mine shaft. AMT officials expect to be able to mine the two zones from a common decline-shaft-mill complex.
Prior to the latest round of drilling, AMT had calculated resources at Gold Dust and Ferro of, respectively, 115,800 tons grading 0.3 oz. gold (from 18 holes) and 81,300 tons of 0.44 oz. (from 60 holes).
Both mineralized systems are open along strike and at depth.
More drilling is planned for both zones.
