Anvil ahead of schedule at Faro

The Faro mine of Anvil Range Mining (TSE) produced 74,000 tonnes of lead and zinc concentrates in its first two months of operation. Anvil had not planned to be producing concentrate before November, and the early results are encouraging. The company has engaged Cominco (TSE) as its European marketing agent for concentrates.
