Armistice issues rights for purchase

Shareholders of Armistice Resources (ME) have been issued rights to buy one share for each four shares held, at a price of 18 cents.

The rights were issued to shareholders of record on April 8, 1994, and remain exercisable until April 29, 1994.

In other news, the shareholders have settled a dispute with Dynatec Mining, requiring the issuance of 7.5 million shares and the payment of $450,000 by Armistice. In addition, Aurelian Developers (CDN) will be issued 400,000 units to satisfy a debt of $50,000. Each unit will consist of one Armistice common share and a warrant to buy another common share on or before July 1, 1995, at 15 cents a share.
