Junior Ateba Mines (TSE) says it has signed an agreement with PPSO Bamtransstroi of the USSR. Ministry of Transport and Construction to develop jointly a timber concession along the Siberian railway built by PPSO Bamtransstroi. The deal is subject to The Toronto Stock Exchange and Ontario Securities Commission approval.
