The amalgamation of Camreco (TSE) and Environmental Technologies Investments is complete.
Consequently, the common shares of Camreco have been delisted from The Toronto Stock Exchange and replaced by the common shares of the amalgamated company, Environmental Technologies International.
The amalgamated company will acquire and manage a number of semi-autonomous companies operating in the environmental technology and pollution control fields.
