Canmine Resources (CDN) has completed 11 holes on its Fer property in northern Manitoba. Each hole contains two or three gently dipping massive sulphide layers, each of which averages five feet in thickness.
Results from five holes include values up to 1.9% copper and 6.39% zinc over a minimum width of three feet. Gold, silver and lead have also been found adjacent to and within the massive sulphides.
The layers are open along strike and downdip to the north and west. Further holes will test the continuity of mineralization in these directions. Canmine expects drilling to continue until mid-April.
