Canmine explores Fer property

Drilling is under way on Canmine Resources’ (CDN) FER copper-zinc property in the Sherridon camp of northern Manitoba.

Canmine says 12 drill targets have been sited over the FER zone’s 300-metre strike length. The holes will reach a minimum depth of 100 metres. So far, the FER property has been drilled to maximum depth of 45 metres. Results include 4.8% zinc and 0.86% copper over 3.04 metres and 6.8% zinc and 1.16% copper over 1.7 metres.

Two holes will test the strongest part of the electromagnetic conductor that defines the FER zone. There, Canmine expects to find a major fold axis with the potential to host significant base metal mineralization.
