CDN-listed Continental Caretech has received results from nine holes which it drilled at the Thunder Lake West project near Dryden, Ont.
The first three holes, drilled between 1,640 and 2,590 ft. east of the No. 1 shoot, tested for mineralization to a depth of 330 ft. Holes TL-93 and TL-95 intersected 0.10 oz. over 3.3 ft. and 0.20 oz. over 3.6 ft., respectively. TL-94 had no significant intersections.
Near the No. 1 oreshoot, three holes intersected mineralization. TL-96 hit 0.11 oz. over 12.4 ft., including 0.17 oz. over 5.6 ft. TL-101 intersected two weakly mineralized zones of 0.03 oz. over 11.4 ft. and 0.05 oz. over 6.4 ft. TL-100 had an intercept of 0.06 oz. over 12.2 ft.
Three short reconnaissance holes were drilled to the west of holes previously drilled and encountered mineralization. TL-97 and TL-99 intersected 0.06 oz. over 7.4 ft. and 0.24 oz. over 6.7 ft., respectively, while TL-98 had no significant mineralization.
