Canadian Gold Resources and Monte Carlo Gold Mines report some encouraging values from a drill program on the Dik Dik mine property just north of Jellicoe, Ont.
The two companies say assays received recently from the program included a 8-ft intersection, from hole No 19, from 268.6 to 276.6 ft, assaying 0.53 oz gold per ton, at a vertical depth of 225 ft.
