Cochise crews on site at Eastmain

Exploration crews have moved on site at Cochise Resources (ASE) copper property in the Eastmain River area of northern Quebec.

Cochise plans to spend $550,000 to map and sample a mineralized granodiorite contact stretching for 40 km along the company’s exploration licences.

On the adjacent MacLeod Lake property, Windy Mountain Explorations (CDN) has outlined preliminary reserves of 37.1 million tonnes averaging 0.44% copper and 0.05% molybdenum on the same contact. Cochise is earning a 50% interest in the licence area from Windy.
