Conference focuses on natives

A conference aimed at improving the working relationship among aboriginal people, the mining sector, the government and schools is planned for June 21-22 in Thunder Bay, Ont.

Organizers are hoping the Aboriginal Minerals Development Conference will promote awareness of mineral development by native Canadians and of the benefits accruing from such development.

The conference is being co-ordinated by Szhibeegen Training Services. For more information, phone Marle Pita-
