The Coniagas Mines has purchased six claims from Hillsborough Exploration located in Pifher Twp., near Beardmore, Ont. The deal is subject to approval of Hillsborough shareholders.
In a related transaction, Coniagas sold its 85% interest in Hillsborough to a private company for $100,000.
