Control of Interstrat passing to U.S. firm

Control of Interstrat Resources will pass to a private Texas-based company pending the completion of a deal between Interstrat and Frontier International. The deal involves a share exchange of both companies’ shares.

Frontier will receive 30 million Interstrat shares in consideration for placing certain assets into the company. Also, Frontier is committed to continuing assessment of Interstrat’s Pine Flat Mountain nickel-cobalt- magnesium project in California.
