Our Insider Trading report of Sept. 28 reported that Comaplex Minerals (CMF-T) had bought 10,000 shares in Cumberland Resources (CBD-T) at $1.50 to hold 1,616,400 shares.
The transaction did take place as reported, but Comaplex was identified in official records as a holder of more than 10% of Cumberland. In fact, Comaplex’s holding amounts to 7.05% of the issued shares of Cumberland.
