Correction (April 26, 2004)

In our March 26-April 1 issue, we incorrectly attributed an article titled “Funding for the responsible” to Abigail Tamakloe. The article was written by Rashad Kaldany, director of the Oil, Gas, Mining & Chemicals Department of the World Bank Group.

The article was transcribed from a speech Kaldany delivered at the Mining Journal World Congress in London in December 2003. Abigail Tamakloe is an executive assistant with the International Finance Corp., a division of the World Bank.
