Crystallex insiders unload shares

Insider trading reports issued by the Ontario Securities Commission (OSC) show that R.A. Nihon and L.M. Riccio, directors of Crystallex International (KRY-T), were active sellers of that company’s shares over the summer.

R.A. Nihon sold 105,000 shares indirectly at US$4-5.38 to hold 165,000 shares and was granted 1,005,000 options indirectly at US$3.49-5.90 to hold 1,255,000 options; L.M. Riccio exercised 30,000 warrants at $2.80-3 and sold 30,000 shares at $7.37-7.50 to hold 5,000 shares and 100,000 options.

* Anvil Range (ARO-T) — Cominco (CLT-T) bought 5 million warrants at $3 to hold 5 million warrants; Keith Sparr, director of a major shareholder, sold 10,000 shares indirectly at $3 to hold no shares.

* Atna Resources (ATN-T) — W.J. Coulter, director, sold 6,000 shares at $3.30-3.75 and bought 41,500 shares at $3.20-3.35 to hold 420,475 shares directly. He also bought 3,000 shares at $3.40 and sold 10,000 shares at $3.95-4.05 to hold 136,800 shares indirectly.
