Described as one of the largest unexploited copper-gold deposits in the world, the Bajo de la Alumbrera deposit in Argentina was opened for bids to potential buyers by 100% owner, Yacimientos Mineros de Agua de Dionisio, a quasi state-owned agency. Musto Explorations (VSE), a Vancouver-based junior,, is proposing to participate in the call for bids for the deposit located in the province of Catamarca.
The agency’s call for bids is for complete projects aimed at determining the technical and economic feasibility of exploiting the copper-gold deposits.
