DIAMOND NEWS ROUNDUP — SDS hits kimberlite

The Saskatchewan Diamond Syndicate has intersected kimberlite while drill-testing a geophysical anomaly at its diamond project in the Fort la Corne area of the province.

Partners Swannell Minerals (SNL-V) and Laminco Resources (LMR-T) each own a 42.5% interest in the syndicate, while Calco Resources (KLC-V) holds 10% and Guardian Enterprises (GUD-V), 5%.

The kimberlite was intersected at a depth of 128 metres and, at last report, was still in kimberlite at a depth of 177 metres. The magnetic anomaly represents a body with a diameter of 200 metres.
