Under the direction of Stewart Blusson, Archon Minerals (acs-v) is broadening its search for diamondiferous kimberlites in the Northwest Territories by forming alliances with several junior companies.
Archon can earn a 25% interest from partners ITL Capital (icl-v) and Riley Resources (ryr-v) in all kimberlite discoveries made on the CJ property.
Comprising 91 claims, the project is in the Lac de Charloit region, 350 km northeast of Yellowknife.
Archon will complete a comprehensive review of all previous exploration work prior to carrying out an airborne geophysical survey.
The company can also earn a 25% interest in lands within a half-kilometre radius of any kimberlite discovery on the McKay Lake property, held by Consolidated Texas Northern Minerals (cxh-v) and situated 245 km northeast of Yellowknife.
