The recent agreement between De Beers Consolidated Mines and junior companies Mill City Gold Mining (VSE) and Tanqueray Resources calls for De Beers to subscribe for $2 million in common shares of Mill City at $2.20 per share, and $2 million in Tanqueray at $4.40 per share. The share price for Tanqueray was omitted in a recent story (T.N.M., July 25/1994).
