DIAMOND PAGE — Trivalence finds diamonds at Aredor

Trivalence Mining (TMI-V) has received results from the alluvial diamond test runs being conducted at its 1,112-sq.-km Aredor mine concession in Guinea. Recently, over a 2-week period, a total of 3,416 tonnes of alluvial material was processed, yielding 186 stones with an aggregate weight of 209.34 carats. The average grade of the bulk sample was 0.06 carat per tonne, with the largest stones weighing in at 12.46, 10.58, 8, 7.95, 5.82 and 5.99 carats.

Meanwhile, Trivalence reports that the brokered private placement of 2.7 million special warrants announced in May is not proceeding, owing to general market conditions. The company is seeking alternative financing arrangements.
