Dolphin drilling

Exploration has commenced on Dolphin Exploration’s two Newfoundland gold properties. Surface drilling on the Cape Ray project began June 19 and a second rig was scheduled to begin drilling by month-end.

Prospecting activities are in progress at the Phillips Brook property adjacent to the Hope Brook mine where gold mineralization has been discovered along a fault contact that can be traced on surface for over a mile. A field office has been established in Corner Brook, Newfoundland, to co-ordinate the company’s exploration activities in the province.
